cad/qcad only prints to PDF, no other options

I don't use QCad often so I was surprised today to discover that the
only printing option available is to print to PDF.  While it presents
a dialog that should allow selecting a printer, "Print to file (PDF)"
is the only option available.

This is QCad 3.24.0.1 from pkgsrc-2020Q1 on netbsd-9/amd64.

Has anyone else using QCad seen this (and how to get it to print using
'lpr' or another print utility)?
