uriparser 0.9.4 released

Hi!


A few minutes ago uriparser 0.9.4 has been released.  Version 0.9.4
comes with a number of minor improvements to the build system
and four new functions — uriMakeOwner[AW] and `uriMakeOwnerMm[AW] —
that make UriUri[AW] instances independent of the original URI string.

If you happen to have patches for uriparser that are still required with
0.9.4, please send them my way.
