Retire mysql55 and postgresql94

Hello,

I think it is time to remove mysql55 and postgresql94.
MySQL 5.5 is marked as broken, because it requires OpenSSL 1.1.x.
PostgreSQL 9.4 has reached its end-of-life.

Any objections?
