up-to-date

There are newer packages here so "pkgin fug" and then retried to install
curl and other packages I was having issues with earlier...no more issues.

This indicates that the package repository is not being atomically
updated.  Doing so is critical to ensure that the repository is
consistent and to avoid such errors.

It's not necessarily related, but it is another clear issue with this
repository that should be fixed.
