Duh (I looked at the ftp server itselv and manualy matched the right directory,
while the ftp server of course will do it verbatim...)

The correct URL is:

	https://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/distfiles/pkg-vulnerabilities

or if you absolutely need ftp:

	ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/distfiles/pkg-vulnerabilities
