I've been running a bulk upgrade and when the process gets to the point of updating "tex-babel", (from tex-babel-3.33 to tex-babel-3.42), it runs through "digest" and determines that it needs to download a file called "babel.r54487.tar.xz." This doesn't look correct and in fact it cannot find the file on any tested server.
Anyone seen something like this?
P.S. I'm running current 9.99.59 on amd64
