dependency gcc7>=8: NOT found

Surprised by:

=> Full dependency gcc7>=8: NOT found
=> Verifying reinstall for ../../lang/gcc7

when gcc8-8.3.0nb2 is installed, and I have

GCC_REQD=8
PKGSRC_FORTRAN=gfortran

in /etc/mk.conf

This is apparently new...
