Error compiling libxslt (as a dependency of tig) under Slackware Linux

Hello,

Using a fresh installation of pkgsrc-2019Q4, compiling "tig" (devel/tig) as a test, I get:

/bin/grep: /opt/pkgsrc/pkgsrc/textproc/libxslt/work/.buildlink/lib64/liblzma.la: No such file or directory
/bin/sed: can't read /opt/pkgsrc/pkgsrc/textproc/libxslt/work/.buildlink/lib64/liblzma.la: No such file or directory
libtool:   error: '/opt/pkgsrc/pkgsrc/textproc/libxslt/work/.buildlink/lib64/liblzma.la' is not a valid libtool archive
Makefile:543: recipe for target 'libxslt.la' failed
make[2]: *** [libxslt.la] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/opt/pkgsrc/pkgsrc/textproc/libxslt/work/libxslt-1.1.34/libxslt'
Makefile:615: recipe for target 'all-recursive' failed
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/opt/pkgsrc/pkgsrc/textproc/libxslt/work/libxslt-1.1.34'
Makefile:441: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 2
*** Error code 2

The compilation then stops.

OS: Slackware Linux 14.2, with all the latest patches applied.
pkgsrc: 2019Q4, including a "pkg_admin fetch-pkg-vulnerabilities"
Options: ./mk/defaults/mk.conf has ALLOW_VULNERABLE_PACKAGES defined.

Any help would be greatly appreciated -- I believe liblzma is the issue here, but I'd like more information.

Thanks in advance!

-- N.
