Where to upload ? (Re: Binary packages vs. OS release

The second question ..
  I may plan to copy (rsync ?) these packages to somewhere.

And hopefully they appeared as  
http://nycdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/9.0/
or
http://nycdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/9.0_RC2/
(which may be linked from the above one)

My question is how to copy ? Where to ? and May I do that ?

I'm afraid this is also silly question.

By the way joerg suggested  compression method of xz or so,
but I could not get the correct wording (as in mk.conf), just failing
to dig the old mail out.

Please instruct me also. Thanks.
