Re: removal proposal: mysql51 and mysql55

For what it's worth, on netbsd-8 amd64 and pkgsrc head (and hence
requiring openssl 1.1), the following fail to build for me, all unhappy
about current openssl:

  mysql51-client
  mysql55-client
  mariadbl55-client

while these build ok:

  mysql56-client
  mysql57-client

(In the joyent extra directory, all  of mariadb*-client and
percona*-client failed due to at least

  mariadb100-client (cannot fetch distfile)
  percona55-client (dtrace?)
  ? (libedit?)

so I am for now giving up on those.)
