sysutils/xentools48 (45/46 also) build failure

sysutils/xentools4{5,6,8} seem to have similar problems
   as [-Werror=format-overflow=]

I've made really adhoc patches, and put them on
  wip/xentools48/patches

    486 Jan  1 20:13 patch-tools_misc_xenlockprof.c
   1171 Jan  1 20:13 patch-tools_xenpmd_xenpmd.c
    414 Jan  1 20:12 patch-tools_ocaml_libs_xc_xenctl_stubs.c

Just I did 'make package-install', and nothing more than that.
