With help from wiz I was aboe to resolve this problem...

I added

	BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM+= rm:-Werror

to libusb's Makefile, which allows libusb to build.  Unfortunately
I already had libusb-compat installed as a default dependency for
devel/SDL2 (which was needed for qemu and py-anita).  So I also
had to add

	LIBUSB_TYPE=native

in my /etc/mk.conf to get SDL2 to build with non-compat version of
libusb.

Problem appears to be solved!
