Kind of "solved" by bootstrapping again and installing all over again
those packages that had got installed without this error. [Sigh].
But this time added /usr/pkg/bin:/usr/pkg/sbin to PATH before bootstrap
and did not face the problem.
I think README.Linux should add this note. Even better if bootstrap could
detect and advise this, just like it advises the SH variable.
