Yes, that's right.

Alternatively - if you it is an open PR - you can also look at the
`pkg' category summary report that contains a list of all open
`pkg' PRs:

 <https://gnats.NetBSD.org/summary/category/pkg.html>

...and then search for text directly in the web browser.
