I think I just fixed this in pkgsrc (and filed an upstream ticket).

You need:

	devel/xfce4-conf		xfce4-conf-4.13.6nb1
	devel/gobject-introspection	gobject-introspection-1.56.1nb1

for the fix to work. The logs will be noisy, but the build seems to complete.
