This seems the same of PR pkg/53883.

I have rebuilt www/webkit-gtk on today pkgsrc-current (but on
NetBSD/amd64 not-so-current (8.99.25)) and it build, install and
run fine.

Apart the pkgsrc tree, what is it used for WRKOBJDIR? (in my case
a tmpfs is used)
