That's the commit for the latest version, 0.72, but it has additional
breakage from 0.70 and 0.69.

Additionally, upstream move the compat code into a new header that's
not in 0.92.2 (the pkgsrc version).

I've started fixing some of the issues but stopped now.

Can you please bug them about making a new release?
