That makes sense, but as I thought I’d pointed out in my original post the pbulk.sh doesn’t run in the chroot. The Wiki indicates it is executed from the “/usr/pkgsrc…” path, but by default setup in the mksandbox, pkgsrc is mounted inside the chroot on the “/tree” path.  Also the pbulk.sh script itself contains at least one hard coded reference to “/usr/pkgsrc” as well, so it fails.  Changing the sandbox script to mount pkgsrc on “/usr/pkgsrc” inside the chroot just exposed the second error for me.

Sure looks like that Wiki article can use some TLC.
