I have been doing some work on updating the libv4l package to
the latest version 1.14.2.

It seems to work ok with mplayer and with WebRTC in Firefox.

Building it on NetBSD needs changes to /usr/include/sys/videoio.h that
I haven't committed yet.

The previous pre-configure just tested for the existence or not of
videoio.h in /usr/include/sys to decide to use the local copy in
the package files directory.

I could use some ideas on how to check whether the NetBSD build host
has the new version of videoio.h

It is probably safe to assume that any recent Linux will have the
V4L headers and delete the local copies of them from the package.
