binary packages for NetBSD/(i386,x86_64)/(7.1.1,7.1.2)

Dear all,

It seems that I should point out that TNF built binary packages
for NetBSD 7.1.1 and onwards have been available for i386 and x68_64
since the 2017Q4 branch. URLs for the 2018Q1 branch would be
https://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/7.1_2018Q1/
https://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/i386/7.1_2018Q1/

Note that for 7.1 (implied .0) you'd want the 7.0_2018Q1 packages
since the incompatible change requiring an extra set of packages
was between 7.1 and 7.1.1.
