problem compiling ham/uhd in pkgsrc current

There has been some fallout from the recent updates to boost which seem 
to have affected a few packages including ham/uhd.

Can someone take a look at pkg/52969 (includes fix).

While you there I have also submitted pkg/52963 which has a fix which 
kdewebdev4 needs to build successfully after updates to tidy.
