Where's math/octave ?

I've tried to add the math/octave package on a NetBSD/amd64 7.1 system
using pkgin with this result:

# pkgin install octave
calculating dependencies... done.
nothing to do.
# pkgin list | grep -i octave
# pkgin avail | grep -i octave
#

I've not modified  /usr/pkg/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf  so pkgin is
using the standard repository:

http://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/7.1/All

Opening that page in a Web browser and searching for octave draws a
blank.  Has octave been omitted for some reason, or does it need to be
fetched from another repository?
