Also, the PCH issue is characterized by 'cc1' or 'cc1plus' spinning on
the CPU forever.  That is not the case here.

The "qt3-tools" build process produces a local tool 'uic'.  This tool
hangs up in "fdclose" state and never exits.  When next I get a chance,
I'll see about hooking 'ktruss' up to it.
