Firefox build problem

I am having problems building Firefox on NetBSD-current, they started
with Firefox 53 but have now appeared in the latest change to ESR
firefox52.

The gtk[23]+ shared library doesn't get linked to libxul.so so there are
multiple unresolved symbols.

Build options are:

PKG_OPTIONS.firefox = -debug -pulseaudio -alsa -dbus
USE_CWRAPPERS = no

Have also tried all combinations of gtk2 and gtk3 as options.
