The mirror at kernel.org had a file with a different checksum than other
mirrors. because ftp.kernel.org went down it didn't check the second
mirror. I've modified it to the non-ftp link which works.

there might be a problem on kernel.org resulting in mismatched distfiles
from other mirrors. the contents do not appear to be different.
