On-the-fly script to drag counts for Adds/Removes/Updates from pkgsrc/doc/CHANGES-*

I put the csv file with those counts at: https://agc.ac/2016Q1-pkgsrc-changes.csv (use port 80 from any browser that uses nss as basis for tls).
