Libreoffice Build v5.1.5.2 on amd64

Has anyone successfully been able to build LibreOffice V5.1.5.2 on
amd64/NetBSD yet?  I am having trouble figuring out how to do it.
I am being prompted to "cpan -i Archive::Zip" and after it extracts the
files, attempting to rebuild LibreOffice again only fails. Any help would
be certainly appreciated.
