osabi is about the kernel interface for kvm grovellers and x11links for
the library interface. At least the former is highly likely to be not
fully compatible between 6.0 and 6.1. Whether the latter works depends
on a number of factors. Consider the history e.g. of FreeType updates,
it is not a given either.
