java idk + MacOSX

I am trying to install pkgsrc java on MacOSX.  It is trying to install the Oracle JRE/JDK which requires downloading the tarball.  That is fine for the JRE, because the appropriate tarballs (e.g., *-macosx-x64.tar.gz) are available in the Oracle archive.  However, the corresponding JDK files are only *.dmg disk images.

How is one supposed to install the JDK using pkgsrc on a MacOSX system?
