Error at link time in multimedia/libvpx

Had repeated problems with libvpx in the past which has usually been 
worked around by juggling gcc versions, but setting GCC_REQD to 4.8 
doesn't help.

(yes, I know netbsd-5 is no longer supported but it sucks that pkgsrc 
breaks on it so quickly).
