Re: graphics/freetype2 from 2.5.5 to 2.6

Thomas, thank you for review.
I had updated freetype2 to 2.6 as you instructed. 

But for ham/xnec2c-3.4, I did not verify it really needed the
version 2.6.

In other environment where x11-links is 0.94, it even does
not ask for any freetype2.

Strange (to me). It would be my home work ;-(
