patch to add LDFLAGS for Linux in sysutils/strigi/Makefile

Hi,

adding Linux to the list of platforms that need an additional
"-lclucene-shared" in LDFLAGS.

I think this change does not require a revbump, as it changes nothing
for platforms on which compiling worked before.
