Does it need LLVM 3.3 or can it use external 3.4 or newer?
There is a lang/libLLVM{,34} package. If you can't use that,
maybe the patch it has can be applied to the bundled 3.3.
The build failure does look somewhat similar to what I got
without patch-tools_llvm-shlib_Makefile applied.
