Updated patch to pkgsrc-current which drops the config.* files,(Joerg
committed a couple of changes which makes those redundant.)
bsd.prefs.mk was updated since the previous patch set was generated.

It's possible to run bootstrap/bootstrap on Bitrig 1.0 without issue.
Now onto setting up a bulk build environment, pbulk.sh fails during
building perl.
