MATE / NetBSD status

I've resurrected the work of Obache (Obata AKIO)
on MATE and fixed/updated some minor things.

What doesn't work / TODO:
1. There are few minor file conflicts with in-tree Gnome2.
2. At the moment network applet doesn't work, I don't mark it as a blocker.
3. Some applications doesn't want to be spawned, notably: terminals, browsers.
4. Logout doesn't work, maybe related to the above issue?

Could someone of you please test wip/mate and report me all your problems?

I start the following daemons: dbus, avahidaemon, fam, gdm.
