[HEADS-UP] Freeze for pkgsrc-2015Q1 is now on

Just a quick note that we're now in a freeze for new functionality and
infrastructure changes for pkgsrc.  We expect to exit from the freeze
in 2 weeks.  No changes to infrastructure (anything under pkgsrc/mk
and pkgsrc/pkgtools) from here on in, please, and please discuss any
changes to major packages, or to non-leaf packages, with pkgsrc-pmc@
in advance.
