Sorry, I thought you said i386 and added the missing symlink. The amd64 problem is that there aren't 2014Q3 binaries on the ftp server at all. If you want to use the 2014Q2 binaries for now, use http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/6.0_2014Q2/All/ and you should be able to update when the 2014Q3 packages are ok.
