pkg/49274: Adds some RiscOS modules to install of emulators/arcem

I just sent a pr, nr 49274, with some patches to make the existing
package emulators/arcem more useful. The distfile includes some useful
extension modules for RiscOS, but they were not installed. With these
patches, they are.

The bash in the Linux from 1999 which is included in the package is
vulnerable to the ShellShock bug, by the way :-)
