With tonight's pkgsrc I get this on netbsd-5 for packages that need a
gcc newer than the system gcc:

make: "../../mk/buildlink3/../../mk/buildlink3/bsd.buildlink3.mk" line 258:
Malformed conditional
(empty(${_BLNK_DEPMETHOD.gcc48-cc++}:Mgcc48-cc++>=4.3\:*))
make: "../../mk/buildlink3/../../mk/buildlink3/bsd.buildlink3.mk" line 258:
Missing dependency operator

I'm not sure (even after prodding it a bit) if this is a make issue or
a pkgsrc problem. Comments anyone?

I don't know following in lang/gcc48-cc++/buildlink3.mk is valid syntax.
What will be happened with "+++=" ?

BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.gcc48-cc+++=      gcc48-cc++>=${_GCC_REQD}
