Hello,

   The <subj> file is very terse and non-informative (compared to other
DESCR's):

   "This package installs gitk."

   It seems odd to me to use DESCR used to describe on a _package
manager level_ what a package does.  The question I would expect to find
an answer to in DESCR is "What can this package do once it's
installed?".  Perhaps the assumption is that anyone who is installing
git already knows what gitk is?

   I'd suggest something along the line of:

   "gitk is a Tk-based graphical tool for viewing git repository
history, including a commit diff viewer."

   That's terse as well, but it at least gives some kind of indication
as to what the package can do.
