Freeze for pkgsrc-2014Q2 has started

Please note that we are now in a freeze in preparation for the
pkgsrc-2014Q2 branch.

No new packages until further notice, and, similarly, no changes to
the pkgsrc infrastructure, please.

If you have any doubts about the changes you'd like to make, please
get approval in advance from a member of the pkgsrc PMC.  The PMC
members are:

        agc
        gdt
        jperkin
        schmonz
        wiz
