From the build log, it looks like the manpages were not built. Look in
the generated Makefile under the perl subdirectory if there are any
variables that mention manpages.

Probably, lang/perl5 is built as prevent to install man.
In Configure script, Haiku's /boot/system/documentation/man/man1 is not in
$lookpath for $sysman, or missing nroff???

Anyway, I've fixed devel/git-base/PLIST (drop hard-coded entires, handled
with .packlist automatically) so reported issue should be gone away.

But, yes, it is better to fix man installation of perl5.
