texinfo-5.1, libtasn1-3.1

Hi!

I've committed major updates to texinfo and libtasn1 yesterday. These
might break builds of some packages. For example, for texinfo I
already had to fix lilypond. For libtasn1 I know that it breaks
gnome-keyring but couldn't find an appropriate patch yet.

Let me know if you find other breakage caused by these.
