[LINUX] Xfixes 2.0.1 broken!

Broken package aside, once again pkgsrc doesn't see what I have
installed via my distro's package manager, in this case libXfixes 4.0.3.

Is pkgsrc able to tell what's already installed on a Linux system or is
it not??

Devs, please make this point clear in the documentation, because I've
read the user's guide cover to cover and there's NO WORD on this!
