apt-get install libncurses-dev

Note, selecting 'libncurses5-dev' instead of 'libncurses-dev'
libncurses5-dev is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

As stated earlier, this was already done. Any other ideas?
