should security/zkt use BIND_DIR?

Instead of manually changing the Makefile like:

CONFIGURE_ARGS+=       --enable-configpath=${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/zkt
#CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        --enable-configpath=/var/chroot/named/etc

On my NetBSD system, for instance, it should be ${BIND_DIR}, but that
doesn't apply to everyone.  What's the optimal strategy for handling
different cases?
