devel/boost-{build,jam,python}/buildlink3.mk

have a reference to 1.49 that doesn't exist. All other packages are 1.48. I
fear this is a half-upgrade commit somehow.

I cannot find boost-1.48 in pkgsrc tree.
BOOST_VERSION in meta-pkgs/boost/Makefile.common is 1.49.0.

Is it ok to patch? would someone want to patch those before the bulk builds
start to fail?

Then, please provide your proposed patch.
