archivers/ruby-archive-tar-minitar version dependency specification fouls lintpkgsrc

Following an update on pkgsrc-current, running 'lintpkgsrc' on my pkgsrc
tree aborts with:

Number found where operator expected at (eval 1317) line 1, near "18 192"
        (Missing operator before  192?)
Number found where operator expected at (eval 1317) line 1, near "192 0"
        (Missing operator before  0?)
Eval failed ${RUBY_VER} == "192" - 18 192 0
