/etc/mk.conf (or /usr/pkg/etc/mk.conf) must agree with pbulk.conf on the
location of binary packages. It must *not* be the same as the binary
packages created during the setup of the pbulk prefix aka the path used
in /usr/pbulk/etc/mk.conf.

Just to fix up the error in your text.
