I'm working on this; there is a new version of Ocsigen (2.0) coming out
quite soon now - I've already started updating the port to that version,
and I'm putting in DESTDIR support at the same time. The work has just
been delayed a bit because I've moved to another country, but my
computer hasn't (yet)...
